Reservations are available online only through Tock. Each dinner seating is limited to eight (8) guests. 
HOURS
5:30pm and 8:00pm, Wednesday through Sunday.
MENU PRICE
Two experiences available:  
• Chef Nagai's Midweek & Sunday Omakase Tasting Edition: $150 per person; 
• Chef Nagai's Weekend Premium Omakase Experience: $195 per person.
We require a Mandatory Operational Support Fee of 17% to your final bill to sustain our commitment to excellence. Please note: This fee is taxable and not a gratuity. Optional gratuity for service staff goes 100% to our team. What the Operational Support Fee Covers: 
• Restaurant Upkeep: Maintenance of our kitchen, fine dining environment, and artisan serveware.   
• Premium Ingredients: Sustainably sourced, seasonally driven ingredients, and exclusive specialty imports. We absorb market price fluctuations and supplier cost surge.   
• Staff Support: Competitive wages, benefits, and ongoing training for our team.   
• Integrity of Omakase Experience 
While this fee is mandatory, we prioritize transparency and encourage guests to review all details prior to booking. Should our terms not align with your expectations, we gladly offer cancellation (See our Cancellation Policy) —your satisfaction remains central to our hospitality.

CORKAGE FEE
$65 per 750ml and smaller for the first three bottles. $90 per 751-1800ml. Beyond three bottles, an additional $50 fee will be applied.
LATE POLICY
Due to the nature of the omakase experience, we hold the first seating up to 15 minutes to ensure we accommodate the second seating at 8:00pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will be issued a full deposit refund. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, you will be subject to a fee of $100.00 per person charged to the payment method used to secure your reservation.
RESCHEDULING RESERVATIONS
Your reservation can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the time of the reservation. You can always transfer your reservation to another person.

CHILD POLICY
Due to the length of our omakase dinner service we politely suggest young children stay at home. We welcome mature children who will fully participate in the omakase experience.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
If you have any severe food allergies or dietary restrictions, please text or email us a detailed message before your confirmed reservation. Accommodations for certain dietary requests may not be available due to the nature of our menu. We regret that we are currently unable to accommodate gluten or vegetarian requests, we are committed to serving only authentic Edomae  sushi.
