Fine sushi requires uncompromised technical skills and decades of knowledge and experience in the preparation of fish at every step. “Edomae” sushi refers to fresh fish sourced from the Tokyo Bay in Japan. At Nagai Edomae Sushi, Chef Nagai embodies the world of fine Edomae sushi with heart and soul, crafting Edomae sushi with an instinctual fervor that transcends the physical palate for a spiritual one.

Nagai Edomae Sushi offers two seatings of dinner service, from Wednesday through Sunday. Each dinner service (or seating) is limited to eight (8) guests. Dinner service is by reservation only. We have one pre fixe menu: Nagai’s Edomae Sushi Menu at $270 per person.

Our ingredients are sourced exclusively from the Tokyo Bay Fish Market in Japan. With the integrity and kindest support of our responsible and trusted fish suppliers, we serve only the most superior quality ingredients.
